Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Travis works with an amazing group of clients across the country, spanning various industries, including a particular expertise in working with NFL players. Travis grew up in Kingwood, TX before earning a football scholarship to the University of Arkansas, where he was a 4-year letterman, All American, and 2-time captain on the football team. Travis was drafted by the Detroit Lions with the 76th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He spent 5 years in the NFL as a starting Center before retiring in 2018. Travis and his wife, Emily, met in college and have two beautiful daughters, Kendyl and Sloane. Travis is an active alumni within the Arkansas network. In his free time, Travis enjoys playing guitar, cooking on his smoker, and spending time with family.

Jim lives in Hampton, New Hampshire with his wife Mary, and they have three adult children. He enjoys being outdoors biking, hiking, kayaking, water skiing, paddleboarding, snowboarding and alpine skiing. Jim and Mary enjoy traveling. Some family trips include Yosemite, Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, China, Ireland, London, New Zealand, Australia and Costa Rica.
